went well & what didn’t- staff left early, RPD did not show up on time,
staff not taking responsibilities for their area
o What
to do to fix this for next time:
§ Review expectations of each other prior to each program. Discuss set up and clean up expectations for staff and each other
§ Communicate
to supervisor and other RPD’s if any plans change
§ Report
any special circumstances or instances to supervisor
§ Work
as a team- talk to staff about following direction from other RPD’s and help
each other when needed
§ Stay
on same page with each other. Have
regular meetings and keep each other updated
§ Ask
for assistance with each other when needed
